Junior Customer Success Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain a robust sales funnel
  • Independently and effectively demonstrate SALESmanago to potential clients
  • Managing a sustained sales pipeline by propecting via cold-calls, lead follow-up, personal relations and webinars
  • Preparing and delivering value-based sales proposals and responds to client’s request for proposal (RFP)
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Meeting or exceeding your sales quota
  • Building and partnership relations with local companies

Requirements:

  • Fluent English; Proffesional Business or Native German
  • 1-3 years experience in sales (higly recommended), desirable: experience in software sales
  • Knowledge about online marketing, email marketing and CRM tools and ecommerce
  • Highly motivated – a “Hunter” attitude
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Self-responsibility and readiness to take on challenges

Details:

  • Location: Cracow
  • Salary: base salary + very attractive commission from the new MRR generated
  • Flexible working hours
