Subscription Terms & Conditions

  1. To use the SALESmanago Subscription Service, you are required to:
    • a) provide a correct email address,
    • b) accept the terms of use
    • c) order a SALESmanago subscription using “Subscribe now” button choosing one of the plans mentioned below in pt 2.
  2. The subscription is paid by a Subscriber in advance for a reference period chosen from: 30 days, 6 months or 12 months.
  3. The subscription agreement is made for an indefinite period and renews without any Subscriber’s involvement i.e. automatically after a reference period for the next reference period.
  4. The Subscriber is allowed to terminate the subscription, i.e. cancel the subscription immediately with the effect at the end of a reference period. The subscription cancellation is processed via email address support@salesmanago.com. In the email you are required to include the personal identifiers of a person who cancels.
  5. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Subscriber is not entitled to withdraw from the Subscription Agreement (Dz.U. z 2014 r. poz. 827) with regard to the digital content provided by SALESmanago, which is not saved on a data storage device, if services have been already provided after the mutual agreement.
  6. AIn order to subscribe you are required to provide the data necessary to make an agreement and proceed with the payment, i.e.:
    • a) Subscriber’s full name/ Company’s name
    • b) Credit/Debit Card Number
    If the requested information is not provided or authorisation of a Credit/Debit Card by Payment Service Provider is declined, the system will not proceed with the order.
  7. If the ordering process is completed successfully, the fee for the SALESmanago access is charged automatically each time of the reference period. The fees are charged directly to the bank account which has been placed on the form. If there is no possibility to charge the subscription fee, the order will not proceed and the fee will not be charged.
  8. A subscription price is defined in the gross price including VAT in accordance with local requirements. The Subscriber is obliged to make a subscription payment once an order has been placed.
  9. SALESmanago reserves the right to change the prices of subscription; introduce or cancel promotional events and offers, and to apply other changes. Promotions cannot be combined. The changes do not affect the rights acquired by the Subscriber. This includes, the terms and conditions of the Subscriber made prior to the changes remain the same.
